Challenge
The EBS Student Council needed one place to keep track of everything going on: projects, tasks, events and who is doing what. The information was spread across chats and documents, and none of them gave the full picture.
Strategy
Build the tool around how a council actually works, test it with the whole EBS council, then turn it into a product other councils and companies can use.
Execution
Product design and development of the platform and the client workspace, plus the Stindler website that presents and sells it, with its own name, identity and texts.
Results
The whole EBS Student Council, 36 members, uses it every day, with great feedback. With the EBS testimonial, new organisations are now lining up for access.

“A great tool to keep an overview and everything organised. We moved from a lot of Excel docs to one dashboard. It saves time, and everyone can see all the info they need. Our members love it.”
